With our guaranteed rent scheme, we become your tenant. We lease your property directly from you and pay you a fixed monthly rent for the full term of our agreement — whether the property is occupied or standing empty. No voids, no arrears, no management fees.

How it works

1. Free appraisal

Tell us about your property and we'll come back with a fixed monthly rent offer and a proposed term — typically one to five years.

2. Agreement & checks

We agree the lease, complete the safety and compliance checks together, and set a start date. Your exact terms are confirmed in writing before you sign.

3. Fixed rent begins

Your rent arrives on the same day each month from day one. We look after the occupants, day-to-day management and inspections for the whole term.

What's included

Fixed monthly income — paid whether the property is occupied or empty.
No management fees, no commission — the rent we offer is the rent you receive.
No arrears to chase — your rent comes from us, not from the occupants.
Day-to-day management handled — repairs coordination, inspections and occupant care are our responsibility for the term.
