Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the business and responding to enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing you haven't asked for.
We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example contractors carrying out repairs, referencing providers, or deposit protection schemes), and with authorities where the law requires. Anyone processing data on our behalf does so under contract.
Enquiries that don't lead to a tenancy or instruction are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records relating to tenancies, lettings and accounting are kept for as long as the relationship lasts plus the periods required by law (typically six years).
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. The site uses only the minimal browser storage needed for its own features to work (for example keeping you signed in to your account, if you have one).
